The DVAS solid carbide TRISTAR drill series is a new generation of solid carbide drills created to provide customers with 3 strong benefits in the highly competitive drill market. The three benefits are, high precision, process reliability and long tool life.
There will be new sizes available with diameters from 3-20 mm.
Main features of the Solid Carbide TRISTAR Drill Series DVAS
- New XR thinning that combines centripetal properties and high edge strength realizes low resistance and excellent chip breaking performance.
- New straight edge geometry reduces damage due to chipping.
- The advanced proprietary coolant hole shape TRI-Cooling Technology, achieves more than 2 times the amount of coolant discharged compared to conventional models. Chip discharging performance and heat dissipation are greatly improved.
- The double-flute margin with excellent guiding properties achieves excellent hole wall surfaces and improves diameter accuracy.
- Additional tools available to cover diameters from 3 - 20 mm
