When drilling is carried out sometime the drill can sometimes drill a hole that is not perfectly straight. Concentricity of a hole refers to the tolerance allowed for the deviation between the location of the entrance and exit of a hole as shown below.
Problems with concentricity can be experienced when machining with drills that have low rigidity or long drills.
