The SMART MIRACLE End Mill Series for machining difficult-to-cut materials is highly praised by customers for achieving an improved machining efficiency and longer tool life when machining titanium alloys and heat-resistant alloys.

In order to solve problems such as shortened tool life due to chip clogging and reduced machining efficiency due to trouble removing large amounts of accumulated chips, Mitsubishi Materials has developed 5-flute, SMART MIRACLE chip breaker and vibration control end mills VQJCS and VQLCS and added them to the SMART MIRACLE Series.
